Data Processing Agreement

This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service between G4 Cloud Inc. and the Customer.

1. Scope

This Data Processing Agreement governs the processing of personal data by G4 Cloud on behalf of the Customer when using G4 CRM.

2. Processing Details

G4 Cloud processes CRM data including contact information, communication records, and business intelligence as a data processor on behalf of the Customer.

3. Sub-processors

Current sub-processors include cloud infrastructure providers. Customers will be notified of any changes to sub-processors.

4. Security Measures

Technical and organisational measures include encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging, and annual penetration testing.

5. Data Breach Notification

G4 Cloud will notify the Customer within 48 hours of becoming aware of a data breach affecting Customer data.

6. Data Subject Rights

G4 Cloud will assist the Customer in responding to data subject requests under applicable data protection laws.
