G4 CRM guarantees 99.9% uptime for all paid plans.
Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for the G4 CRM service. Uptime is measured as the percentage of total minutes in a month during which the Service is accessible.
Credits
If uptime falls below 99.9%, you are eligible for service credits: 5% of monthly fee for 99.0-99.9%, 10% for 95.0-99.0%, and 25% below 95.0%.
Exclusions
Uptime calculations exclude scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance), force majeure events, and issues caused by customer infrastructure.
Reporting
Submit SLA claims within 30 days of the incident. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle.
