How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the G4 CRM service. AI processing occurs on your data to deliver insights, scoring, and automation features.

Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and conduct annual security audits.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with sub-processors solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers).

Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 30 days. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.
