1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using G4 CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

G4 CRM is a relationship intelligence platform that provides customer relationship management tools including prospect tracking, deal management, outreach automation, and AI-powered analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Data Privacy

Your data is your own. We do not sell, rent, or share your CRM data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. AI Features

AI features consume credits from your pooled allocation. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

G4 CRM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall G4 Cloud be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
